Please contact us before sending anything back.

Include your order number, name, and reason for the return.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will normally cancel it and refund you.

If the order has already been dispatched, the return rules below will apply.

For eligible online orders, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to cancel.

After telling us, you should return the eligible product within 14 days.

To be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed, untampered with, and in its original condition.

We cannot accept returns if the product has been:

Used
Mixed
Reconstituted
Tampered with
Damaged after delivery
Stored incorrectly
Returned without original sealed packaging

We may also refuse a return if the product was purchased or used against our research-use-only policy.

Photos of the parcel
Photos of the product
Photos of the product label
A short explanation of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, the customer is normally responsible for return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service because we are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method.

Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
