PureTest Peptides currently ships orders within the United Kingdom only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed outside working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Processing may take longer during busy periods, payment checks, address checks, or courier disruption.
UK Delivery
UK delivery options and prices will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, public holidays, weather, or other delays outside our control.
Tracking
If tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.
Courier tracking updates may take some time to appear.
Correct Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the address was incomplete or wrong, PureTest Peptides may not be responsible for the issue.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at help@pureTestpeptides.com. We can only change the address if the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Missed Delivery
If a courier attempts delivery and the parcel is not accepted or collected, the parcel may be returned to us.
If this happens, we will review the order after the parcel is returned to us.
Additional postage may be required to resend the order.
Damaged Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at help@pureTestpeptides.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, product, and label.
